The key functionality of maintenance packages of all types is a database storing historical work records and maintenance intervals, aimed at the generation of reports identifying the next jobs to be done.
Integrating QEI Exec with an existing maintenance system creates an interactive model of the total environment, providing facilities for visualising of the overall status of all assets under maintenance, or the ability to carry out what-if analysis of possible maintenance strategies covering many maintenance cycles.

This BoxChart™ shows activities grouped by different classes of maintenance work for a period of 12 months, and uses a profile (histogram) at the bottom of the chart to show for any day how many assets are undergoing maintenance. Using interactive charts like this, it is simple to re-plan so as to minimise the number of unproductive assets per day, and also to identify where current schedules exceed the available capacity for particular types of work. |
