A full history of progress and actuals is kept, allowing the complete curve shape to develop correctly, while flexible baselining functions allow for changes of plan. Activities at any point in the master structure can have progress
and/or actuals applied to them, which are all rolled up to form an
integrated picture of the project as a whole. |

QEI Exec also provides performance-based "traffic lighting" as standard, which allows you to colour code your data based on earned value criteria. Once you have selected what you want to measure, the system will automatically highlight any problem areas, indicating where management input is required. This functionality can easily be combined with imported graphics or
symbols to create bespoke management interfaces with navigation and
drilldown capabilities. |
